Registration Checklist:

  1. Look over the schedule draft. This event will be super fun, but also fast-paced and demanding given multiple safety protocols. We want to make sure you're up for it!
  2. Complete this very important Registration Form. Most questions are for you (musical info, agreements) but two very important legal waivers should be completed by a parent.
  3. To complete your registration, pay by March 31. Payments should be made to paypal.me/dhsperforms OR by selecting donate on this Booster website. Please also include payment for any desired add-ons (Saturday Chick-fil-a lunch - $7, MASC t-shirt - $20 or Singer's Mask - $20)
